2009 DO111 Goldstone Radar Observations Planning


Background

2009 DO111 was discovered by  Steward Observatory on  February 22, 2009.
It has an absolute magnitude of 22.8, that suggests about 100 m diameter object.  
The early lightcurve measurements suggest that the object is rotating very rapidly, possibly < 10 min period.
The object approaches at 1.2 LD on March 20 and the RTT will be only 3.2s. We have 2 hour 50 min long track
at Goldstone, and we will use bistatic setup (DSS-14 for the uplink and DSS-13 for the downlink).
